Update 10/30/2017: I wear this ring to work in my office everyday and it is still holding up. It needs cleaning about once a week as I use soap, hand sanitizer and lotion without taking it off. I just brush it lightly with a toothbrush under running water and you're done. Didn't cause any problems with my skin allergy so I believe it is in fact sterling silver. I love this ring! I was apprehensive about buying this ring because the reviews indicated that the stones fall out and the ring bends easily. But so far I haven't had any such problems and am 100% satisfied with this ring! The ring is true to size. The jewelry store got me a size 11, I ordered this ring in a size 11 and it fits perfectly. If you are a half size I would recommend rounding down to the next size up because although my ring fits perfectly, I have to push and pull a little to put it on or take it off. Let's just say it's so comfortable to wear that I don't even know it's there, but it's thick enough that I know for sure it won't fall off or get lost. The ring is beautiful and shines beautifully. . However, I'm not 100% sure yet if it's actually sterling silver. I have a skin allergy to nickel and need to wear sterling silver or any skin that comes in contact with nickel becomes red, irritated and itchy. I will update this review if it turns out not to be sterling silver. In general I am very satisfied. This is a nice, simple ring and appears to be of good quality.
