Good quality small hole
The threads look great and my 5 year old has had no reaction to metal so far. Please note that the child wearing them is not sensitive to most metals, so this does not speak for those who are very metal sensitive. The diameter is quite small so I think my child will outgrow them pretty quickly, so I think they are more suitable for small ears. I wasn't paid to review this product, I bought this item with my own money, that's pretty important to note these days.
