My wife and I started exploring our favorite coffee at home. We started with macchinetta for 2 cups of espresso. We like it, but it's too strong to go straight to black. So always add some milk. but I like a clean blank. So we then tried a steel filter, was good too, the oil from the coffee floats on top and is very sticky, but not as strong as espresso (of course), but leaves a bad aftertaste on my tongue after coffee, we tried many times, but couldn't fix it. So we finally tried this dripper and filter. it's pretty nice. smooth, straight taste and aroma, then there will be no more bitterness or smack on my tongue. Wet the filter with hot water before adding ground coffee to rinse the filter and remove the paper taste. Pour out the water used to rinse the filter, brew fresh coffee and enjoy!
