It will definitely decorate the birthday table

Those giant balloons! I was hoping you could just air/blast them yourself, but they require helium! It definitely added a nice touch to the birthday table! I had a hard time finding a way to keep her quiet because the party was windy, but we found a way! We attached the bottom to the table with a little valve, and believe it or not, we just rolled up the tape, stuck it to the backing and the balloon, and stuck it to the house siding. It worked for most of the party!
