I bought these to help relieve plantar fascia pain I've had for months. Every morning my legs hurt when I got out of bed. I tried to cool my feet regularly by using a bottle of frozen water to roll under the arches of my feet. It helped a bit, but after reading some positive reviews about Foot Rubz I thought it might be worth a try. They feel really great on my feet. For months I have been rolling them under my aching feet in the evenings and in the mornings my feet still hurt but not as badly. The addition of Foot Rubz wasn't the only change I made - I still use ice, use them and buy the right shoes for my feet. If you think you have a serious problem, it's best to talk to your doctor about what's wrong. If there's one downside, it's that they're a bit small (racketball size, not baseball size). It would be nice to add more size options.
