Definitely helps with foot pain relief

I bought these to help relieve plantar fascia pain I've had for months. Every morning my legs hurt when I got out of bed. I tried to cool my feet regularly by using a bottle of frozen water to roll under the arches of my feet. It helped a bit, but after reading some positive reviews about Foot Rubz I thought it might be worth a try. They feel really great on my feet. For months I have been rolling them under my aching feet in the evenings and in the mornings my feet still hurt but not as badly.

Inverted golf ball

I probably have plantar fasciitis. But because I'm afraid of doctors, I don't know exactly. What I do know for sure is that reporting muscle scar tissue, no matter how painful, is the road to recovery. Ball after using a golf ball to massage the heel and arch of the foot. Both are about the same size. My observation is that the rubz is a golf ball thrown backwards. The golf ball has dimples; The Rubz Ball has grooves that can definitely dig into foot sores. They provide a noticeably stimulating

This article was the key to beginning true recovery from a foot injury that affected the plantar fascia. Above. No bones were broken, but the ligament system was badly damaged.
