I probably have plantar fasciitis. But because I'm afraid of doctors, I don't know exactly. What I do know for sure is that reporting muscle scar tissue, no matter how painful, is the road to recovery. Ball after using a golf ball to massage the heel and arch of the foot. Both are about the same size. My observation is that the rubz is a golf ball thrown backwards. The golf ball has dimples; The Rubz Ball has grooves that can definitely dig into foot sores. They provide a noticeably stimulating effect that you cannot achieve with a golf ball. The golf ball is hard on the outside and has a soft core; Rubz balls are not soft, but they are not as hard as a golf ball either. My reaction to this is mixed: sometimes you just want to kick your foot into a hard golf ball, even if it makes you want to puke from the pain. However, I sometimes worry that it will damage the fatty tissue in the heel. It won't help. Well I like the Rubz Ball for its "cross massage" ability. So switch between Golf and Rubz and vice versa. It turned out to be a good combo for me, and hence the purchase of this game was worth it.
