I may have been fooled by the marketing, but I've always thought Razer was the best brand. In fact, the rubber pads on the sides wore out, and after a few years the mouse started making ghostly clicks. Compared to plain Microsoft mice or Revain basics that seem to last forever, it doesn't make sense that a "leading" brand would have this problem. Couple that with the forced registration (which I also found with the Razer keyboard) and I won't be buying Razer anymore. It's incredibly rude for them to sell you something you can't use until you give them your personal information for "reasons". No thank you. I won't make that mistake again.
