AFTER YEARS of suggestions from other industry experts, I've decided to move my Logic Pro X and Superior Drummer sample libraries to an SSD. It only took about 20 minutes to move about 300GB+. Now I can load sample libraries SUPER fast and completely transform my workflow. If you use one of these sample libraries as much as I do, you know how difficult it can be to change something as simple as a snare drum. This device just works. It's quiet, SUPER light and has ZERO downtime between rehearsals. Once plugged in, all I had to do was reformat the drive using MacOS Disk Utility. I'm currently using OS Mojave 10.14.2, Logic Pro X 10.4.4, Superior Drummer 3, Steven Slate Virtual Mix Rack, Waves Mercury, Amplitube Max 3 and various other plugins and haven't noticed any ZERO issues. Market for SSD, save money and buy this one! I will update this review in about a month. (UPDATE) It's been 6 months and there hasn't been a single problem. Just buy it already.
