This is a decent light but note that these are only 1w LEDs and are not very bright in daylight (but good at night). As such, they are not certified and rated for ambulance brightness levels or conform to the construction vehicle vehicle code. Also, due to the design of the plastic covers, the light is very directional - it's brightest at the front and fades quickly if you move a little to the side. I bought these and used them for a few months but then switched to the 3w led version that 'vsled' sells here at Revain and they are three times brighter. Also, as mentioned, the parentheses they contain are pretty much useless. I ended up buying some small L-brackets at a hardware store and screwing them into the car's head for permanent installation.
