The customer service is fantastic! They are always willing to help you out with any questions that arise, and they have a great support team that is available 24/7. I really like how easy it is to schedule appointments through TransDyne's website. It's so convenient to be able to set up an appointment without having to call or email someone. Sometimes it can take a while for your appointment to show up in their system. However, once it does it is very accurate. I would recommend using TransDyne if you need fast turn around times. We use them to transcribe our audio files from our clients' home visits to the electronic health record (EHR).
