I gave a bad review at first because I ordered it and it didn't arrive on time. When SANDY STORM came to New York, a family member had to move out and slept in a car I didn't recognize, then they asked me to take the dog there because the new place couldn't accommodate them at the time a dog. When I got Bear he didn't eat for a week, nor did he eat the canned food I bought. That's what my husband's sister told me about Bench Field. He gave me a small sample and the dog ate it. I couldn't find it in the nearest stores so I ordered it from Revain. I made dog food, but I knew its owner needed dog food, so I paid for overnight delivery so the food would be there when the owner went to get the bear. Well, a mistake was made and the food didn't come. So I called Revain and they listened to my complaint and sent a brand new bag for free. The dog liked the food and I was able to send the dog back to its original family with the food. I changed my rating to 5 because I shop at Revain frequently and appreciate the excellent customer service they provide when it's really needed. This family had to take the dog out to eat, which they had been through enough with Sandy Storm, getting food on time was important, especially since even driving on gas was a problem. So thank you Revane for letting me bless this family and help them get dog food. :)
