This item is amazing! We love hot tea at night and it's so great that my husband and I can brew different flavors! But this cup gets really hot! After brewing, I have to let it sit for another 10 minutes before I can even take it to another room. Another problem is that the bowl and lid are easy to wash, but the basket that the team goes in must be washed immediately after taking it out, otherwise everything will stick and you will not clean it either. Those questions aside, I love it!
