Handy, portable and affordable. Unfortunately I have 2 problems right out of the box. Radio antennas simply tilt to the side when extended. It will not stay in any position that helps ingestion. Annoying, but the 2nd question is a deal breaker. The charging handle simply rotates. The resistance is zero and the charge LED is not lit. Something is clearly broken inside. I have no doubt they didn't want to send a lemon. At least not on purpose. It's just quality control, but by any standards this unit had a lot of fun with these folks. I registered it on their website and then contacted their CS so they could just exchange it with any luck. Edit 3/19/19. My email about their CS was answered the next day. For clarification, when turning the handle, does the charging LED light up? I answered no, although plugging in the USB cable causes the LED to light up (so it's not just a bad bulb). They replied that they would post a new block for free. I asked for a return label so they could see what the problem was but they refused. I don't see the point in throwing it away, but I'm not sure what the use is yet. Definitely responsive and polite so I'll post when a new block comes up and if it's having the same issues. Everything happens. Just take a look.
