Came without screws

What more can I say. It came without screws. So I couldn't collect it. These are just two parts. Above and below. They were missing 4 screws and a tool that should have come with it. There was also an issue with the box so they may have fallen out. I do not know. Also, the seat cushion was warped and I had to shave off the "warts" to make it smooth so the leather upholstery didn't have bumps and knots on the surface. The seat seems stable, as does the platform, but I'm not sure. Revain returned my money and I couldn't take care of it.
