Can't draw 10 amps. Switches to warning mode. Crazy chirp.

I bought this 1000 watt inverter to replace an old Bestek 500 watt inverter that was starting to blow fuses in my car. Specifically, I bought this "upgrade" to launch Foxsur's multifunctional smart charger. This one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B087TDDZRG The inverter I'm considering works to charge my phone and run my little FM radio for in-car tunes, but when I tried, charging my LiFEPO4, the inverter started chirping. The inverter went into an endless reset/warning cycle and showed a current draw from the charger of just under 10A. This is the specification of the smart charger and my 15A car fuse is ready to go, as is this inverter. Conclusion: The sticker on the inverter that I'm reviewing was affixed at an angle at the factory. What makes me think the electronics inside have received better treatment, or that more attention has been paid to the inside, than the apparent lack of care of the sticker on the outside? To test my theory, I took the charger inside. No problems with a household power charger charging a flooded marine RV battery.
