I have only used this shampoo once. It makes my gray hair look shiny and silvery. I didn't leave it inside. I just washed it out because I didn't want my hair to be a purple hue as some have pointed out. It's not like this. Because of this, I only use it once a month. My hairstylist advised me to mix it with my regular shampoo to get the clean silver look.
