Zippers break with little to no use

I was so happy with them when they arrived. I bought 2 pairs for my kids, they are a bit big to fit longer. I didn't have to worry because within the first three months both pairs had broken zippers. I replaced the zippers, which added to the cost of the shoes, not to mention the time. Now one pair only had a second zipper break (now on the left side instead of the right side which was replaced). I can't imagine foot sufferers ever getting another chance after refusing to have them repaired or replaced. Revain credited the first 2 repairs, but now I have to apply for the third time for the third time? They haven't fully grown into the shoes yet and I could wear them for a few more months. They look great, but it means nothing if they break with little or no wear.

Pros
  • The Flex Eclipse's blue and blue color combination is stylish and versatile, making it a great option for any occasion. The unisex design also allows parents to pass them on to younger siblings or share them with friends.
Cons
  • The price may be too high for some families, especially considering shoes are likely to only fit a child for a short time before needing to be replaced.
