Review on Toddler Girls Tutu Dress: Long-Sleeve Infant Baby Girl Fall Winter Dresses for Flower Girl Wedding Party with Tulle by Nicole Davis

I bought 2 of these dresses because my daughter wants her and her sister to be ghosts for Halloween. I figured I'd buy a plain white dress and just put my cricket on it. When I received the dresses I was surprised that the fabric on top is a short fluffy material and not a plain fabric like cotton as I expected. I also don't think the listing says anything about a fabric with that texture.
