I like that it's easy to use for both my internal team as well as our customers. It is also very flexible in terms of customizing reports, which makes it easier for us to create different types of dashboards with varying levels of detail. The reporting features are not great at this time; there aren't any out of the box solutions available yet. We're working closely with them to build new ones but they have been delayed due to other priorities. If you want something simple and effective then go for it! There was no need to look anywhere else after we started using Timeon.
