"This doesn't look like a Lego set at all," said my 9-year-old son. "It looks like some kind of junk." This shows in the quality of the materials, the craftsmanship in the details and the thoughtful design that goes into a good Lego set. All of that is missing here. I'm not sure how this manufacturer makes parts that are probably made from the same ABS plastic look cheap and poorly formed, but somehow they did. It's fine if you want a big UNSC Halo Pelican toy, and it might not be fair to compare it to Lego. But when you're basically copying Lego innovations, comparing it to the original is what you get.
