I am very pleased with this Panasonic replacement remote control model number N2QAYB000571. Although this model number is N2QAYB000486, the look and shape is exactly the same as my original for my TC-P50ST30 plasma TV, except it has a matte finish and is not as slippery as the old one. I tried deleting my old one because my mute button wasn't working but to no avail. The only difference is that instead of a 3D button, there is an SD card button. I've never used 3D and I like this button better, it's a shortcut for the button I actually use. All I had to do was put in 2 AA batteries and I can finally turn the sound off again!
