This mini pc had many good reviews and features. I bought one (April 21st) for my elderly mother (just browsing, email and random photos) and he passed away on September 21st. the device does not start; no fan, no HDMI out, etc. The motherboard near the power connector was very hot; The SDD was removed and plugged into a USB adapter to try to get data from it and the disk management program said it wasn't initialized. Apparently an internal power failure disabled the SSD. Worked well for the short time we had. Now it's garbage recycling. Nice form factor and features; Reliability is not very good. My experience.
