Works great, I love this ball. I was 140lbs during my pregnancy at 5'4" and I got the 65cm ball and it was perfect. Love that it came with a peri bottle. It was awesome for bouncing and stretching during pregnancy and now I use it to bounce with baby or to help me sit up straight. Highly recommend.
- It is a really great ball, I like to use it but find my daughter on it just as much.
