Another step to the nutcracker: a review of the Capezio Girls CG19C dance shoes

I recently purchased Capezio Girls CG19C Caramel Dance Shoes for my junior ballet class. Let's just say the shoes themselves are almost as cute as their name might suggest. First, they fit perfectly - the 1.5 inch size for a small child was perfect for my daughter's foot. The caramel color also added a beautiful, unique touch to her dance ensemble. In terms of shoe performance, they held up well during class and provided ample support for their small feet. They didn't slide or shift, allowing her to perform her movements correctly with ease. The only reason I didn't give them the full five stars is because I feel like they don't have the "wow" effect that some other dance shoes offer. But hey, if you're looking for a durable and dependable dance shoe for your child, the Capezio Girls CG19C dance shoes are definitely worth considering.

Pros
  • This dance shoe adapts to the young dancer's foot shape, providing comfort and support during long dances. They have a soft and flexible leather upper that adapts to the shape of the foot for a perfect fit.
Cons
  • Lack of Support: Some dancers may find that the shoes do not provide enough support for the feet during dance routines, which can lead to discomfort or even injury.
