Review on Operated Duoai Rechargeable Small Personal 360°Rotation by Bill Roberts

I wanted this fan to please, but the main drawback is that it will "fall" off tables or other surfaces it's standing on. It's probably not balanced properly and/or the small pads on the bottom aren't big enough to keep it from "falling off" the surface it's on. To use it I have to block its forward and sideways movement with something heavy. Not good! Could pose a fire hazard as several times it "went" from my desk into a nearby bin full of papers, kept spinning and got hot. It vents a lot, but the battery doesn't last as long as the other model I've had before. It's also very loud for its small size. I cannot recommend this fan even though it is cheap.
