I do 20-30 backpacking/climbing trips a year and my primary water filtration system is now this bladder in the 3L version, along with a Katadyn squeeze filter. They are made to work together and do so wonderfully. You can squeeze as hard as you can and the bladder won't pop. I did eventually cut it open on sharp rocks but it was my fault and after 3 years of heavy use. I'd recommend the 3L version over the 2L only because it weighs very little more and gives you more to work with (fewer trips down the steep rocks to the stream!)Doesn't give a bad taste to the water. Has a nice loop to put a biner through. Comes with a cap to use as a storage bladder when you detach the squeeze filter.
