*Edit*This company took care of our problems. They swapped the rolls quickly so we had two rolls of work light. so grateful for their prompt customer service. New roles work great! I bought two rolls and both were defective. I have installed LED strips in dozens of applications and this is by far the worst product I have ever used. When cut to length, the strips do not burn with solderless connections. The contact pad doesn't work and after changing the connectors and even cutting to a new connector there was no improvement. I would recommend that you find a more reliable product or expect to spend hours troubleshooting only to abandon the entire project.
