Lines have appeared on the left side of my screen since the day I received it. I didn't feel like returning it so I used it anyway. I got over the lines and can enjoy the 240 fps it delivers. Image quality isn't the best, but when I'm playing games that need to look good I can't get past 144 fps, so I just use a different monitor. Most of the time I don't change it at all because it doesn't bother me that much. Don't let that confuse you. Still, I think it's a great product. I believe this was mishandled by the delivery agent.
