I used plastic bags to carry my lunch to work and needed a new lunch box and decided to try the MIER adult lunch box. After reading other reviews I was afraid it would be too big. It's not too big but just right for my needs. I like the separate compartments, both with insulation. I spilled some liquid (salad dressing) in the bottom compartment and it wiped off easily. The shoulder strap is comfortable but I still use the carry handle. It has open side pockets (not insulated) at the ends and a zip pocket on the front for essentials that are insulated. And of course 2 compartments for groceries. When I first used it, I tried to pack a lot of food in the lunch box, but then I realized I wasn't eating more than two meals. I've had leftovers in the few days I've owned it, so I'm still figuring out how much to bring for lunch. This accommodates 2 meals when using both carefully packed compartments.
