First of all let me say that I loved this hair. I've tried many different companies. This company was one of the few that had 30 inch hair and good reviews so I took a chance. Since then I have been faithful for 2 years. I've always gotten huge compliments, I've been able to color it multiple times and it's still taken me 9 months or more to order new sets. I'm not sure if they changed manufacturers but the quality is rubbish now. It starts out luxurious, but after 2 weeks it tangles and tangles as you breathe on it. I only wash my hair with the best sulfate free vegan shampoos and conditioners, I even took a bleach bath to restore it. It worked temporarily, but now it's garbage. I received the first bad kits back in October 2019. I thought I received a bad batch so I ordered 2 sets again in May. This one was worse than the previous one. I'm so disappointed because it was my absolute favorite. Now I have to look for a new company.
