I went with an XXXL based on a review from another user. I normally wear anywhere from a large to and XL depending on the brand and fit. I have very large breasts and a bit of a tummy, and the corset fits, but the privacy cover in the back is not large enough, so I leave the look of laces over bare back. The metal clasps are a little hard to manage at first, but I found that it is easier to look down at the clasp then trying to use a mirror. If you are new to corsets, this is a good start, but probably not for corset-experts as it is a little cheap.
