Wrote this to customer service as my protection broke within two months while all the other protections I ordered through the dentist and from Revain lasted over a year before Remi (usually I had to reorder to replace them 'cause I lost her, not because of her). Customer service just accused me of being a rude grinder. Given my experience with other guards, this is clearly not a problem. They didn't offer a replacement but asked me to sign up for some sort of replacement service. Buyers be careful. It's also frustrating that none of my previous guards have ever shattered into small pieces of hard plastic. This does and poses a serious choking hazard.
