I can't get through phone lines or email threads. After 40-50 minutes of waiting the phone hangs up or says voicemail is full and calls back. Tried many options in the queue with the same result. Even contacted the CEO via LinkedIn to no avail. Terrible service. and they have my now useless $80 jacket!
