It uses expensive and troublesome bulbs
I like the look of this light but I wish I had noticed that it uses those special bulbs. Insertion and removal is a pain. Even the electrician who installed the light for me said he hated these lights because they were impractical. Well, it was already on the ceiling before I realized a regular lightbulb wouldn't work, so I'll look into that. Remember - these bulbs are very difficult to put in place and expensive to replace. Just know what you're getting.
