Review on PDDOO Waldorf Toddlers Rainbow Climbing by Kassandra Harris

Good size for older kids/younger toddlers

This climbing arch is suitable for both older kids just starting out and younger toddlers. My son is 18 months old and loves to climb on it. It's pretty easy for him, but I hope he gets more advanced balance skills if he's into it. It's smaller compared to larger arches so be aware that I think this is best for older kids who are more mobile and toddlers who are still practicing rock climbing. There are small chips in the tree (see photo). ), which I have to polish to be on the safe side. Also, one of the boards started to crack, I heard that while screwing. I would recommend hand tightening only (not an electric screwdriver) so you can hear if the wood starts to split. I was just spinning by hand so I could stop when I heard a crack. I checked the part and it looks ok, it's not that torn so I'll just keep an eye on it. The arch can be folded onto its back so it can be used as a rocking chair. Adding cushions will help soften it. The price is a bit high for the size of the bow. I've seen others that are very similar but cheaper. For the price I would have expected it to be a little larger. Overall this is a great addition to our playroom and a good size for my son's current age. Holes were pre-drilled in all the wooden boards and the instructions were easy to follow. I just wish the price was a little lower and the wood had less fine chips.
