This massager is magical. Several members of our family suffer from severe tension headaches, and we have a volleyball player in the house who suffers from constant muscle pain, so we decided to try this massager at home to see if it could help resolve these issues. ITS WORTH IT! This thing is absolutely powerful and effective. It was sent in an outer Revain box, which is good - I was concerned this would be one of those "show what's inside" products, but it wasn't. It comes in a nice hardcover case so you can keep all the parts/accessories together for storage and travel. The bag has a handle so you can easily take it with you when you need it. It has a certain bulk and weight which I would expect from a higher quality product. Depending on which body area you want to massage and what your massage goal is, there are several attachments that can be used. I wish the manual would clearly describe what each appendix is for, but it isn't. It took us a bit of guessing and a bit of googling, but it's not hard. This massager is cordless which is great as there isn't always an outlet to use it from. It comes with a wall charger and is pre-charged. We've used it about 6 times now and still haven't had to charge it, so a charge definitely lasts a while! We used the notched neck attachment most of the time and it greatly reduces tension headaches in this house. It's very powerful, so make sure you don't run it at full power! You turn on the switch at the bottom of the handle, then press the "buttons" at the top to select 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or full power. I recommend going through them step by step. We haven't had to use more than 1/2 speed yet! Our volleyball player used this most often on her legs and shins and later on her arms to help her recover from intense training sessions, workouts and games. This reduced their recovery time by about half! If you are looking for a quality massager then this is it! I am very impressed and would buy it again.
