Review on Trixie Cat Activity 🐱 Feeder: Interactive Treat Dispenser and Toy by Jocelyn Hernandez

Can't say I "love" this product because I'm not the type to eat from it. I got this because my 16 lb cat inhaled the expensive food I work so hard to care for and then kept throwing up on her. I don't know if he was an idiot as usual and protested against the new device or if he didn't understand how to use it, but it took him a while to use it initially. I would still feed him a little on the side and encourage him to use it. Started using it about a week later. I don't know if he's driven by his abundance or if he likes the puzzle, but now he uses it like it doesn't mean anything. Since then he has not been ill. The only issue I have with this feeder is how thin the bottom is. The food falls out and it looks like he's struggling to eat straight from the bottom. He has to smash pieces from the platform onto the ground to be able to eat them. It could be because of his broad stature and thick face, but I'm not sure. I didn't ask him. All in all, if you have a large, active cat that needs to eat more slowly, I would recommend this feeder. I fill the entire middle and let him knock out the food whenever he wants. That's probably why he didn't lose weight. But he stopped throwing up expensive food, so I'm satisfied.
