. I have 4c hair and it breaks a lot because I can't get the right cap that doesn't hold my forehead. tight or just slide off while I sleep. Ever since I got this, I've been able to sleep in it every night. The padded front of the headband makes it really soft and comfortable on the forehead. Makes me feel like I'm wearing nothing and the headband in the front is wide enough that it doesn't slip off my head. Very happy with this purchase
