Review on TetraPond Algae Control Block - 1-Ounce, 50-Count by Janelle Simmons

This product was recommended by a fountain dealer to keep fountains clean and tidy. It seemed to do just that; However, after a few weeks, several nearby plants began to yellow and die. I've narrowed down the possible causes to my well. After reading the additional information on the product label, I am concerned that I may have accidentally harmed the birds that came to drink and bathe. The label is misleading as it depicts koi in a pond, suggesting it is safe for critters. It's my fault for taking the seller's word and not reading the label carefully. I do not recommend this product.
