The system is easy to use, has a lot of functionality, and it's intuitive as well. I like how you can see what your team did in the previous day or week within minutes. It takes time for new people to get used to using this tool but once they do, it becomes very helpful. There isn't really anything negative about the platform itself; however, there are some minor bugs with certain features such as the calendar which sometimes doesn't load properly when adding an event from another account. This does not affect my experience at all though so no complaints here. Overall, we have been able to keep track of tasks/assignments more efficiently than before.
