I like this jacket and I think it will be good in the Seattle fog but maybe not for heavy rain. It installed and the size was as expected. Though there's nothing good I needed. The top of the jacket near the chest has a "bib" closure where if not buttoned all the way and pinned at the other side it opens just a little and looks weird. Otherwise a good jacket. Lightweight and comfortable for spring/light rain.
