was damaged UPDATE: Seller generously offered and replaced my order. This week I received my new glasses (and opened them much more carefully). They are beautiful and I can't wait to use them at my gin tasting party next week! I really appreciate the customer service provided. It was my fault but when I opened the box to check the glasses they fell off my knees onto the floor (carpet) and broke immediately. They looked cute for a few seconds, but they were definitely thin and extremely fragile. These glasses were meant for gin cocktails and I'm worried they would handle ice well. I'm so sad I didn't even have time to serve them even one shot before they broke. The size and shape was exactly what I was looking for.
