Great glasses and customer service

Very nice glasses and first class customer service. I ordered it as a gift for my roommate and it was exactly what she wanted. When they arrived I opened them up to make sure they were exactly what I had hoped for and they were, except one had a slight chip and tear on the edge. I emailed customer service expecting both lenses to be returned and replaced. To my surprise, I was only asked for a photo of the damaged glass and they immediately sent me a replacement set. It was nice that I didn'tโ€ฆ

  • SIZES - PERFECT FIT: Relatively wide neck (4.7 inches) allows for easy cleaning. The best way to determine beforehand whether it will fit in your cupboard or dishwasher is to look at its widest point (4.7 inches) and height (7.1 inches).

UPDATE: Very Fragile

was damaged UPDATE: Seller generously offered and replaced my order. This week I received my new glasses (and opened them much more carefully). They are beautiful and I can't wait to use them at my gin tasting party next week! I really appreciate the customer service provided. It was my fault but when I opened the box to check the glasses they fell off my knees onto the floor (carpet) and broke immediately. They looked cute for a few seconds, but they were definitely thin and extremely fragile.

Not as best advertised in Dining & Entertainment

The product I received was not as pictured or advertised. The Copa glass should be round, not square. It also doesn't have the advertised 25-ounce capacity. What I got was more like a cone than a ball. If you look at the manufacturer's website, the shape fits their "Modern Red Wine Glasses". The capacity is only 22 ounces. I bought these to replace another broken coffee jar which was 28oz. These are much smaller. I do not like it. Season Story seems to have poor quality control. The packagedโ€ฆ
