Revainrating 5 out of 5

AMAZING keyboard at an AMAZING price! Read the update for great advice!

Really impressive! Deserves all five stars! I mean, have you checked the rating distribution? Most of them have five stars, some have four stars and nothing else. That means if you buy this keyboard, you're going to love it! No, I am NOT using too many exclamation marks here. As the title says, this is an AMAZING keyboard. First, I have an iPad Pro 12.9. I have a rule: If a product, no matter how many stars it has, has a two-digit percentage of one star, I don't buy it. I was also looking for a keyboard for my iPad with the stipulations of being small, sturdy, good typing, preferably backlit (although I could live without), being able to be used on my lap and having an Apple mount. Pencil. Did you know that none of the big brands (Logitech, Zagg, and Apple) meet any of these conditions? In fact, almost every Bluetooth keyboard I've reviewed here on Revain didn't meet these conditions. Not only that, almost all of the keyboards had a two-digit one-star rating percentage. Couldn't believe it. Nobody has developed a good and reliable keyboard for iPad 12.9. Apple's Smart Keyboard was actually one of the lowest scores. And to top it off, keyboards from all of the above brands cost over $100! Logitech - from $119, Zagg - $130, Apple Smart Keyboard (worst quality keyboard) - $169. THIS KEYBOARD IS ONLY $25! Then I found it. The quality is incredible. As soon as you unpack it, you are immediately impressed. He is skinny. That's easy. It's well built. The lid, which serves as a stand, is ingenious. Pairing was easy. This thing is so thin and small! Did I mention that? :) It's very thin, but it has great key travel. It's as good as the keyboard on my HP Specter 15t laptop. Well, actually, it's even better. I also love backlighting. Three different brightness levels and five different colors. There are also many keyboard shortcuts. The thing looks solid. And it's compact while still giving me the feel of an almost full keyboard. I'm writing this review with him right now. This keyboard is ideal for fast typists. Big toggle buttons. (Some keyboards have a small right shift key awkwardly positioned to the right of the up arrow key.) The arrow keys don't get in the way. Caps Lock. function keys. F keys. That's great. I think people with big or "fat" fingers could use this as well. He seems hard as stone. I can even use it on my lap with the weight of the iPad Pro 12.9. Due to the construction of the stand, I have to lean more on one hip than the other, but that's easy to manage. I wrote this whole review on my knees. With a stand on one hip, I can even hold my iPad in portrait mode. Oh, and one more thing - my iPad is in Poetic Lumos iPad Pro 12.9 protective TPU case with [Keyboard Compatibility] [Pen Holder] Ultra-thin Shockproof Flexible Soft Transparent Case for Apple iPad Pro 12.9 (1st gen 2015) matte clear so it fits in the canal groove with 18 months guarantee! Register online. I love that it's so thin and easily fits in my shoulder bag with my iPad. BUY IT! *** UPDATE 11/25/18 I've been using it for a few months now and it's still impressing. I like the feel of the keyboard, travel and mechanical function better than my HP laptop keyboard. It's a condensed keyboard layout, but the keys are big enough and the layout isn't as weird as some keyboards. (For example, by placing the right shift key to the right of the up arrow key) This keyboard feels solid and fully meets the needs of fast typists. It really is a pleasure to type on this keyboard and I use every excuse to use it. I also like the fact that hotkeys work with this keyboard, like Command + C, V, Z, A, or Y for normal copy, paste, undo, select all, redo. Or in many applications (not all) use Option+[left or right arrow key] to move the cursor word by word, Ctrl+[right or left arrow key] to move the cursor to the beginning or end of a line. In other words, the same or similar hotkeys I use on my Windows PC (or Mac). There are many more. A cool thing I discovered about it. Since the keyboard is held onto the foldable case/stand by strong magnets, I can adjust the angle of the iPad by tilting the keyboard further down. cool This makes it such that I have an almost endless choice of angles to prop my iPad up.
