I consume a TON of protein

What I love most about protein powders is their versatility, and Organic Muscle Protein is no exception. The photos that accompany this review are just some of the ways I consume my protein. Just add it to a smoothie and drink it alone, add it to my morning coffee, mix it with almond butter and milk to make a burger sandwich, add it to granola or make a smoothie. I chose the chocolate flavor because it goes with everything. . It tastes like chocolate, mixes easily and shakes without lumps. One of the cornerstones of Organic Muscle is quality ingredients, so let's highlight these: Jerusalem artichoke, hemp protein, amaranth sprouts, chia seeds, quinoa, and cocoa. Average calories for a 130 protein powder, with 24 grams of protein per 2 (TWO) scoops! No added chemicals or crazy amount of preservatives (organic guar gum) so this is going to be one of the purest proteins on the market right now and highly recommend. Well, two things I have to admit about this are that 1. It has a really "earthy" flavor to the powder and 2. Causes a bit of gas. However, this does not kill or detract from all other perks.
