Review on OSD Audio Class Stereo Amplifier by Janet Brown

I really like this amp, it was perfect for an outdoor setup, but after a week or two the volume started to go up on its own. I thought it might be caused by other remotes or my IR extender but I replaced the IR extender and all the cables and it still failed. The weirdest thing I've ever seen installing and I've been in the AV business for over 35 years. I tried calling OSD support, left a message, sent several emails with no response and finally Revain support contacted someone there and the rep said he'd never heard of it and replaced it. Well the replacement did the same so I returned it and bought another brand with a similar feature that doesn't appear to belong to the Gremlin. I didn't have the box and original packaging when I sent this back, I usually send things back as intact as possible as I thought it was the custodian. If it weren't defective I would have "received" a restocking fee, but with no communication as to why they only returned $184 out of $229, I can't recommend it.
