Product works well. I've seen some info that says which side is the hot/cold side and which side the seal is on - you can't trust that - the only way to be sure is to connect the leads to the battery (a 12 V car battery is enough) in the correct polarity for a few seconds and you will feel which side heats up. However, if you screwed up and already installed the cooler on the heatsink incorrectly, you just need to reverse the polarity of the wire.
