Works well, bought this specifically for making egg bites as I'm tired of the overpriced versions from Starbucks. I now make them in an instant pot for just under 1/2 of $5 and vary the price they charge and judging by the nutrient count they're better for you since they contain real ingredients and no added chemicals like Starbucks uses to save her. The recipe is available with a simple search. We also recommend spraying the mold with olive oil or avocado oil. Silicone is generally fairly non-stick, but eggs tend to stick, a little oil separates them much more easily. I will buy another one for a double serving as they keep well in the fridge.
