I ordered them and they arrived quickly and undamaged. However, when I opened the package, I was greeted with headphones that still had wax inside. I know they were used but especially in today's world I didn't think they would send me dirty headphones. In addition, they are updated and certified by Revain. I'm not happy but they can be cleaned. After cleaning they work perfectly and I have no further problems with them.
